Our Founder: Dr. Michael Eshaghian

Dr. Michael Eshaghian, MD, is a highly respected, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, and the visionary founder of Ziba Med Spa and La Vie Medical Center. Serving the greater Los Angeles area and beyond, he combines world-class medical training with a compassionate, patient-centered approach to wellness, beauty, and rejuvenation. Known for his dedication to safe, effective, and transformative care, Dr. Eshaghian has earned a reputation for delivering results that honor each patient’s individuality.

His medical journey began at UCLA, followed by his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He later completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Nassau University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident and honed the leadership skills and clinical expertise that define his work today. Dr. Eshaghian then pursued additional specialized training at the prestigious Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, strengthening his foundation in advanced medical care and research-driven excellence.

Dr. Eshaghian’s commitment to continued education and excellence in aesthetics has led him to complete his certification in the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. Further reflecting his dedication to innovation in women’s health, he completed his Fellowship in American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology.

In addition to leading his thriving private practice and both Ziba Med Spa and La Vie Medical Center, Dr. Eshaghian provides expert, compassionate care for women across Tarzana, Van Nuys, and the greater Los Angeles area. At La Vie, he offers personalized support for every stage of life, from adolescence through menopause, combining advanced medical techniques with a warm, patient-centered approach. His services include routine checkups, preventive screenings, advanced procedures, and specialized treatments, all delivered within a state-of-the-art clinic designed for comfort, safety, and long-term wellbeing.

He is also affiliated with prominent medical centers including Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center and Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Fluent in English, Farsi, and Spanish, he connects with a diverse patient community with both cultural sensitivity and ease.
